How to Talk to Customer Service Rep (CSR)- Paano Kausapin ang CSR

If you have any concerns related to your account - login issues, password problems, cash in or cash out problems or others. In the next screen, choose "Member", enter your username, choose department (complaint type). And click on "Start Chat Now".  [ Sa susunod na screen, piliin ang "Member", pasok ang username mo, piliin ang department base sa complaint, sunod ay iclick ang "Start Chat Now"






Please type your concern so the CSR will know how to help you. Take a screenshot of the conversation. [I-type ang problem para matulungan ka ng CSR. Mag-screenshot din ng naging usapan niyo.

If the CSR asks you for your agent code, inform them - zaKenth  [Kung tanungin kayo ng CSR kung ano ang agent code niyo pakisabi po na - zaKenth].
